The acoustic Lichtenberg figure (ALF) in an ultrasonic cleaner with a frequency of 28 kHz at different power levels was observed using high-speed photography. nonlinear response the cavitation structure analyzed by entropy spectrum ALF images, which showed modulation influence primary field, exhibiting fluctuations bubble distribution time. An analysis of the physical and chemical phenomena accompanying electrical discharges is carried out, main factors influencing microorganisms’ abatement are studied.
