Identifying the relationship between microbiomes of urban dust particles from different biotopes is important because state microorganisms can be used to assess quality environment. The aim this work was determine distribution and interaction patterns in air on leaf surfaces. Metabarcoding bacterial fungal communities, PAH, metal content analyses electron microscopy were work. results obtained allowed us characterise biological chemical components particles. Some genera correlated with benzanthracene, fluoranthene, Cu, Ni, Co, Zn, Mn contents. Bacterial communities found more sensitive all pollutants studied. PM10 microbial circulated study areas due flows, as evidenced by presence similar ASVs fungi bacteria. could help understand effects climate change anthropogenic activities.
