The relationship between the flow pattern evolution and performance of oscillating feedback microreactors (OFMs) for synthesis ZIF-67 nanoparticles was investigated by a photomicrography technique. Accordingly, an microreactor (OFM) with optimized structure identified high-throughput production. By varying experimental conditions (i.e., rate, aging time, precursor concentration [Co2+], solvent, cobalt source), average size products can be adjusted (from 16 to 294 nm) narrow particle distribution (geometric standard deviation: 1.08–1.14) as well controllable morphology (sphere or rhombic dodecahedron). maximum total rate reach 160 mL/min, indicating that is achieved. screening method extended optimize other microreactors, resulting OFMs applied produce kinds nanoparticles.

Abstract Recent advances in low-cost liquid crystal display (LCD) 3D printing have popularized its use creating microfluidic master molds and complete devices. However, the quality precision of these fabrications often fall short rigorous standards required for advanced applications. This study introduces a novel approach to enhance dimensional accuracy microchannels produced using desktop LCD printer. We propose method dimension compensation, optimize parameters, provide straightforward post-treatment technique ensure high-quality curing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) made from photosensitive resin. Our investigation assesses across three different scales square cross-section by measuring their widths heights, leading determination optimal layer thicknesses that minimize fabrication errors. The errors are further reduced introducing series compensation factors, which correct nominal dimensions factors printing. is significantly improved after even fabricating complex triangular cross-sections. Finally, spiral channel trapezoidal-like with tilted edges fabricated application, highly efficient particle separation realized channel. proposed provides new insights utilizing printers achieve high-accuracy microstructures necessary
