Prefabricated building (PB) involves many participating enterprises. Its implementation faces challenges, mainly in the areas of technology, cost, construction management, management supply chain (SC), and sustainability. The purpose synergy a prefabricated project (PBPSC) is to help whole SC obtain better benefits. This study establishes measurement index system from perspective green sustainability terms cost control, information, reliability SC, environmental protection. COWA-CRITIC ideal point method used calculate subjective objective combination weights, cloud model based on this weight constructed for measurement, which validated by taking residential as an example. results are compared with those other models verify applicability performance PBPSC. sensitivity indexes within five subsystems analyzed using one-way rotation OAT allow decision makers identify most sensitive indexes. shows that better. consistent obtained line actual situation.
