The carbon trading system affects all aspects of the economy and society profoundly. Agriculture, as a high-carbon-emitting industry, has been hard-hit. China’s agricultural activities will emit about 820 million tons dioxide equivalents, accounting for 7% country’s total emissions. In order to develop green low-carbon control greenhouse gas emissions, China officially launched pilot emissions policy in 2013. effects mechanism this on are still unclear. Herein, paper uses provincial panel data from 2000 2019 measure factor productivity regarding implementation 2013 quasi-natural experiment, PSM-DID robustness analysis evaluate effect emission rights areas. propensity score method is type statistical that nonexperimental or observational intervention-effect analysis, which reduces bias allows more reasonable comparisons between treatment groups. “Difference difference” an approach policy-effect evaluation based counterfactual framework assess change observed factors both cases occurrence nonoccurrence. combination PSM DID using match each group sample specific sample, can solve problem self-selection accurately. This study found significantly improved productivity. Further impact tests show improve through environmental protection policies technological innovation. Finally, puts forward corresponding countermeasures suggestions research results.

Sustainable production is considered as an important approach to solve the dilemma of food insecurity. Green technologies have made contributions improving and reducing environmental pollution. Studying effects green on sustainable has great significance. The paper started with influence mechanism technology application total factor productivity grain (GTFPG). With GTFPG, efficiency change (GECG) technical progress (GTCG) measured, threshold models were constructed explore nonlinear impacts various GTFPG paths. Results indicated that differences among provinces in China decreased mainly due changes GTCG, while regional GECG remained small. had depended ecological different stages, significantly major non-major producing areas. Meanwhile, significant existed paths technologies. In areas, more likely improve through GTCG path; path both GTFPG. technologies' areas caused by preference, resource endowment compatibility. This study emphasizes development should fully consider economic regions, well applicability adoption rate

Abstract Recent years have witnessed the green growth as a renowned efficient approach to tracking progress towards sustainable development. The paper is mainly aimed propose an innovative extended based on Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) and Interval‐Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set (IVIFS); thus, it called IVIF (IVIF‐CoCoSo). This study first effort that used fuzzy sets theory decision‐making technique (entitled IVIF‐CoCoSo) rank evaluate indicators of manufacturing in sector. To reach objectives, total five 30 sub‐indicators for evaluation are collected from existing literature review. Subsequently, this has been using IVIF‐CoCoSo ranking, modeling, evaluating into experts' opinions. results showed environmental resource productivity economy more significant than other Moreover, findings confirmed accuracy proposed method solving problem, comparison was also made between some Multi‐Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods.

The Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) is a major national strategic development area in China, and the of YREB will greatly promote entirety so research on its agricultural production efficiency also great significance. This paper committed to studying 11 provinces adopts combination Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model Malmquist index make dynamic static analysis YREB's from 2010 2019. Then, three-stage DEA that eliminates factors random interference management inefficiency compared without elimination. results show adjusted technological changes, progress, total factor productivity increased by -0.1%, 0.24%, 0.22%, respectively. When comparing these values pre-adjustment values, indicate effect environmental variables cannot be ignored when YREB. At same time, differences are reasonably explained, feasible suggestions put forward.
