Abstract: Among the primary causes of mortality in today's world is cancer. Many drugs are employed to give lengthy and severe chemotherapy radiation therapy, like nitrosoureas (Cisplatin, Oxaliplatin), Antimetabolites (5-fluorouracil, Methotrexate), Topoisomerase inhibitors (Etoposide), Mitotic (Doxorubicin); such treatment associated with significant adverse effects. Antitumor antibiotics have side effects similar radiotherapy. Selenium (Se) an essential trace element for humans animals, additional Se supplementation required, particularly individuals deficient Se. Due its unique features high bioactivities, selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs), which act as a supplement counter deficiency, recently gained worldwide attention. This study presented safer more economical way preparing stable SeNPs. The researcher has assessed antiproliferative efficiency SeNPs-based paclitaxel delivery systems against tumor cells vitro relevant mechanistic visualization. SeNPs stabilized by Pluronic F-127 were synthesized studied. properties biological activities PTX-loaded on cancer from lungs, breasts, cervical, colons. In one study, formulated using chitosan (CTS) polymer then incorporated into CTS/citrate gel, resulting SeNPs-loaded chitosan/citrate complex; another CTS was used synthesis situated loaded nanoparticles. These formulations found be successful treatment.

ABSTRACT The rational design of noble metal‐free electrocatalysts represents one the basic stones for fuel cell development. With exploration eco‐friendly nanomaterials investigated alcohol oxidation process, nickel‐based electrodes have been recognized as most auspicious anodes with promoted activity and stability. In this work, a series NiCo 2 O 4 nanoparticles were deposited onto graphite sheets (NiCo /T) introducing varied proportions cobalt oxide species. Co‐precipitation protocol respective metallic hydroxides carbonaceous support was followed consecutive annealing in an air atmosphere at 400°C. fabricated mixed nanopowder physically studied using X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy dispersive analysis (EDX), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), selected area (SAED). Uniformly arranged observed on surface evidenced by SEM TEM. cubic lattice structure formed crystals also confirmed XRD through defined peaks binary oxides clarifying their successful preparation scheme. electrocatalytic properties these /T nanocatalysts evaluated oxidizing ethanol molecules solution. Pronounced current densities remarkably measured relation to that NiO/T. Differing introduced content into synthesized nanocatalyst significantly controlled its catalytic performance. /T‐20 exhibited highest stability among prepared nanomaterials. Much decreased charge transfer resistances recorded electrode demonstrating characteristics. This work could provide reasonable route simple synthesis comparable transition promising attitudes generation purposes.
