In the research and practice of integrated scheduling problems, tree structure complex products usually presents an asymmetric form. This asymmetry is mainly reflected in hierarchical relationship between various components product, degree dependence, sequence production processes. Existing studies often neglect that leaf nodes with lowest layer priority can be scheduled at any moment, leading to underutilization parallelism potential under symmetric structures exacerbation critical path delays structures. Aiming solving this kind problem, algorithm based on improved Floyd (ISA-IFA) proposed. According algorithm, proposed a path-weighted strategy, which constructs vertical value according processing time process itself. Combined advantage node especially emphasized as object, makes connection processes more closely, then significantly reduces idle equipment. The empirical results show ISA-IFA shortens completion simultaneously improves equipment utilization rate 55.9%, verifying its effectiveness dynamic resource co-optimization.

Abstract While China’s digital economy has grown rapidly, ecotourism development remains comparatively slow, necessitating strategies for their coordinated advancement. This study employs a coupling coordination model to analyze spatiotemporal dynamics using panel data from 30 provinces (2011–2022). Standard deviational ellipse analysis, kernel density estimation, and the Dagum Gini coefficient are applied assess regional disparities trends.Findings indicate steady improvement in economy–ecotourism coordination, with stronger integration east south weaker links west north. Regional remain primary challenge, reflected fluctuating coefficient. The analysis reveals polarization trend at national levels, rightward shift of distribution indicating growing differentiation. However, standard suggests declining spatial inequalities, increased clustering narrowing gap.To address these imbalances, highlights need targeted transformation ecotourism. Key recommendations include strengthening infrastructure, fostering interregional collaboration, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, big data, IoT enhance services. Promoting industrial convergence policy support is crucial achieving balanced sustainable growth.
