There are three operational modes for restaurant takeaway services: a platform combined with delivery (mode A), paired B), and self-established C). In the face of intense market competition, determining how restaurants can select appropriate to maintain competitiveness profitability has emerged as pressing issue. this paper, we develop game models that encompass food investigate optimal mode restaurants. Our analysis indicates when size is small, B results in lowest ordering costs, highest sales volume, maximum profit. Conversely, context large size, if commission rate low, A minimizes costs maximizes volume; high, C while also achieving volume. Notably, find long sufficiently large, consistently yields profits. The outcomes study contribute theoretical framework surrounding operation management platforms offer guidance decision-making support selecting modes.
