La presencia de contaminantes químicos y orgánicos en el agua es una problemática que aqueja a la sociedad hoy, dichos como azul metileno lignina pueden ser persistentes, difíciles remover. Discharge of unused and untreated dye effluents into the environment by textile industries is a major issue. In this wastewater, methylene blue (MB) methyl orange (MO) remain in dissolved state along with various pollutants at different levels. To remove these dyes, visible light (λ ​≥ ​420 ​nm) active F (fluorine) doped bismuth oxide (Bi2O3-xFx) photocatalyst was synthesized through facile sol-gel method utilizing (Bi2O3) hydrofluoric acid (HF). Bi2O3-xFx demonstrated enhanced photocatalytic activity to decompose under light. The content composite optimized 0.94 atom % respect organics decomposition. study showed that ascribed due participation photo-induced electron (e¯)-hole (h+) photocatalysis. existence hole generated °OH radical experimentally confirmed aqueous medium. formation mechanism reactive species explained on basis relative energy band position detail decomposition reaction proposed.

In this study, a new synthesized magnetic nanocomposite was used as an adsorbent for the removal of toxic cationic dye methylene blue (MB). The incorporated three components to produce named Fe 3 O 4 /GO/natural clay. characterization techniques were study physical and chemical properties approve successful synthesis. Also, FT-IR /GO/clay showed significant change in peak intensity natural after addition GO NPs which attributed interaction between functional groups on surface TEM SEM images that NPs, clay, excellently interacted one appropriate deposition serves matrix holding them. MB adsorption system optimized by varying several parameters, including pH, dosage, contact time, starting concentration, ionic strength, competing ions. Furthermore, isotherm highest capacities 999.34 1108.54 mg/g /natural nanocomposites, respectively, followed Langmuir isotherm. Additionally, kinetic analysis pseudo-second-order model better explained both nanocomposites. can be reused multiple cycles little drop its initial performance, according reusability research conducted up six times using ethyl alcohol eluent. As result, reasonably priced might employed beneficial effective from water while maintaining safety quality.
