This study aims to explore the impact of supply chain risk (SCR) on organizational performance (OP) within Pakistani auto sector, focusing mediating role integration (SCI) and moderating effect demand uncertainty. The research investigates how effectively managing SCR integrating functions can enhance resilience performance, especially in context a volatile market environment. A quantitative design was employed, with data collected through self-administered questionnaires distributed 400 managers decision-makers industry. total 320 completed were returned, resulting response rate 80%. analyzed using Smart PLS test proposed hypotheses examine relationships between SCR, integration, uncertainty, performance. found that negatively impacts while SCI mediates this relationship, enhancing outcomes.
