With the development of urban agglomerations in China, study interactions between cities has become a popular and difficult issue. Exploring can help decision-makers optimize regional resource allocation improve spatial patterns. Combining flow model patch-generating land use simulation (PLUS) model, this simulates analyzes process expansion Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei (BTH) region, investigates impact hierarchical structure differences on expansion. In study, role influence inter-city economy flow, transportation population information are comprehensively considered, multilevel interaction is constructed based generalized linear (HGLM). Based national BTH cooperation strategy, multi-scenario carried out using HGLM-PLUS model. The results indicate following: (1) compared to traditional PLUS coupled which considers flows, improved overall accuracy by 0.047, Kappa coefficient 0.207, figure merit (FoM) index 0.051; (2) under different scenarios, trend policy region more stable, demonstrating relatively smooth urbanization trend; (3) background, total area construction expected be maintained at around 1,164,500 km2 2040. pattern will present networked with core driving development, axes belts connecting, clusters breaking through.
