This study addresses the impact of urban parks on self-rated health office workers under 40, a demographic experiencing significant increases in depressive symptoms during pandemic. Baise City, China, aims to fill this gap by exploring relationships between landscape quality, leisure time spent parks, place attachment, and among 411 aged 18 40. Structural equation modeling was used assess these relationships, multigroup analysis (MGA) SmartPLS evaluated differences subgroups. The findings reveal strong link park quality health. Although old-fashioned showed lower overall performance variables compared modern park, it had stronger relationship attachment. Leisure did not directly but mediated MGA results indicated that while positively affected for single participants, negative effect married participants. These underscore importance tailoring design management accommodate varying needs different demographics. research provides new insights into enhancing workers’ through environmental supports objectives Healthy China strategy Sustainable Development Goal 11.
