In the context of high-quality economic development, empowering effect regional integration policies on urban green and low-carbon development has significantly strengthened, playing a crucial strategic role in achieving coordinated economy ecology. This study uses expansion Yangtze River Delta agglomeration as quasi-natural experimental scenario, analyzing pathways mechanisms through which influence based panel data from Chinese cities between 2004 2022, using multi-period Difference-in-Differences (DID) model. The empirical results show following: ① Regional enhance efficiency conclusion that remains robust after series robustness tests, including PSM-DID estimation, placebo instrumental variable methods, indicator reconstruction, policy interference exclusion. ② Mechanism tests reveal mainly drive transformation three channels: innovation investment, industrial upgrading, talent aggregation. ③ Heterogeneity analysis indicates positive impact is more significant eastern regions, resource-based cities, small medium-sized old cities. Spatial spatial spillover transformation. Based these findings, it recommended that, future, global efforts should be made to continuously improve collaborative governance system, strengthen multi-dimensional linkage agglomerations, build support framework drives optimizes allocation factors. not only provides for enhancement but also offers decision-making references promoting growth digital era.

Based on a micro-entity perspective, this paper empirically examines the effect of regional integration efficiency enterprise resource allocation. Firstly, can significantly reduce degree mismatch enterprises and improve allocation overall. Secondly, mainly through three channels, which are alleviating financing constraints enterprises, improving talent agglomeration, reducing operating costs enterprises. Thirdly, is heterogeneous, has greater for state-owned in non-monopoly industries, large-scale coastal areas. Finally, improves productivity by optimizing their level. The management level positively moderates Therefore, some countermeasures suggestions put forward.

Green finance is of vital significance for global rural sustainable development. This paper aims to explore the impact green on Based panel data obtained from 283 prefecture‐level cities in China over period 2004 2022, a development indicator system was constructed under DPSIR framework. By employing fixed‐effects model, moderation effect analysis, and spatial Durbin role its effects proposed. The results these analyses reveal following: (1) Rural exhibits cyclical expansion–contraction trend; (2) promotes sustainability, confirmed by robustness checks; (3) environmental regulations digital economy play positive moderating enhancing development; (4) terms effects, has within region but can exert negative spillover surrounding regions. findings, it proposed that layout should be strengthened, supervision enhanced, promoted. Such recommendations represent critical measures which serve as foundation stimulate provide valuable references relevant policy formulation.

This study proposes a nonlinear 0-1 mixed-integer programming model for optimizing the location of logistics distribution centers within Hohhot–Baotou–Ordos–Ulanqab urban agglomeration, integrating transportation costs, carbon emissions, and operational coefficients. The optimization problem is solved using genetic algorithm (GA), whose robustness systematically validated through comparative analyses with linear (LP) alternative heuristic methods including simulated annealing (SA) particle swarm (PSO). Comprehensive sensitivity are conducted on critical parameters—including demand fluctuations, pricing mechanisms, center capacity, land use impact, water resource constraints—to evaluate model’s adaptability under diverse scenarios. research methodology incorporates environmental impact factors, emission utilization, management, thereby extending traditional frameworks to address region-specific ecological concerns. empirical results demonstrate that optimized configuration significantly reduces costs while simultaneously enhancing both economic efficiency sustainability, thus fostering regional coordination. makes several key contributions: (1) developing an integrated decision-making framework balances sustainability; (2) incorporating factors into model; (3) establishing calibration specifically tailored ecologically sensitive regions; (4) demonstrating potential synergistic objectives strategic network planning.
