Exploring the genetic basis of heterosis in eucalypt growth based on transcriptome analysis
Abstract
Background
The
fundamental
way
to
solve
the
problems
of
single
species,
poor
stress
resistance,
and
low
yield
in
Chinese
eucalypt
plantations
is
scientifically
utilize
heterosis
select
new
varieties
with
rich
genotypes.
In
order
reveal
genetic
mechanism
formation
growth,
based
on
previous
research

we
selected
two

Results

pathways

Hub
genes
may
be
related
growth
eucalypt.
These
candidate
are
ribosomal
subunits,
extracellular
regulatory
mechanisms,
three
amino
acid
synthesis
pathways.
From
their
biological
functions,
strongly
correlated
ability
adapt
environmental
stress.

were
significantly
higher
than
those
parents,

possibly
disadvantage

more
likely
advantage.
Conclusions
This
study
provides
in-depth
exploration
which
