Abstract The research on stochastic resonance (SR) which is used to extract weak signals from noisy backgrounds of great theoretical significance and promising application. To address the shortcomings classical tristable SR model, this article proposes a novel compound multistable (NCMSR) model by combining Woods–Saxon (WS) models. influence parameters NCMSR systems output response performance studied under different α stable noises. Meanwhile, adaptive synchronization optimization algorithm based proposed employed achieve periodic non-periodic signal identifications in noise environments. results show that system outperforms terms detection performance. Finally, applied 2D image processing, achieves reduction recovery effects.

The wind turbine fault feature has strong uncertainty due to various factors such as speed and equipment parameters. Based on the analysis of vibration characteristics turbines with unknown prior conditions, this paper conducts research enhancement method features. Post-processing synchrosqueezing transform and synchroextracting methods can improve TFR resolution for fault diagnosis. The normal signal be described by infinite variance process, 1 < α ≤ 2, even the background noise belongs to process under complex conditions. effect of traditional SST SET is greatly reduced lost in environment. Several robust post-processing are proposed including FSET, FSSET, FSOSET FMSST technology employing statistical model FLOS, their mathematical derivation completed this paper. compared with conventional methods, results show that achieve better than existing methods. In addition, new applied diagnose bearing outer race DE signals polluted result demonstrates they have performance advantages. Finally, characteristics, shortcomings application scenarios improved algorithms summarized.
