The study investigates, by calculations, some ways to improve the thermal efficiency of plate heat exchangers (PHEs) used in vegetable oil processing industry. performance these is limited transfer rate side and low conductivity material. starts from a base case with oils cooled water exchangers, all chevron angle 30° different number channels areas. change one geometrical characteristic plates, namely angle, 45° then 60°, led significant increase overall coefficients 16.0% when changing 28.1%, on average, increasing 60°. This accompanied rise pressure drops circuits, but values are acceptable since they do not exceed 1 bar circuit 1.4 cold fluid circuit, respectively. use Fe3O4–SiO2/Water hybrid nanofluids concentrations 0.5% v/v, 0.75% 1% v/v were investigated replace cooling water. Recognizing the pivotal role of cooling method in enhancing Photovoltaic-Thermal (PVT) efficiency, this study delves into combined application two innovative techniques: a finned tube and confined jet. Additionally, integration TEG (Thermoelectric Generator) is introduced to amplify output power. The improvement efficiency achieved through infusing composite Carbon Nanotubes (CNT) Fe3O4 coolant. investigation encompasses three distinct system configurations: 1) base case employing conventional pipe, 2) with finned-tube unit, 3) setup combining jet tube. introduction hybrid nanoparticles results an overall performance boost around 2.64% compared case. Furthermore, efficacy nanofluid concentration (ϕ) surpasses that Finned Jet by factor 3.86. PLUCISE A82 (PW82) is considered one of the best phase change materials as it economical, commercially viable, and eco-friendly. Unless there a great need to optimize number parameters investigate encapsulated PCMs with good performance, for effective practical applications organic materials, required enhance their thermal conductivity. In this study, efforts were made increase properties by seeding different nanoparticles. The direct synthesis method, in which mixing nanoparticles paraffin wax takes place, used production NEPCM. Differential scanning calorimeter heat conduction experiments evaluate effect variable concentration nano-encapsulation on storage characteristics nano-enhanced PCM. feasibility was also determined. titania (TiO2), Ti3C2/MXene mixed PW82 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 wt.%. investigation carried out hybrid PCM combination Ti3C2 (MXene) PW82, wt.% 0.3. Doping MXene improves specific capacity For doping TiO2–Ti3C2 PCM, improved 41.3%. A maximum increment conductivity 15.6% found dissociation temperature prepared increases ~6% weight fraction. Therefore, study demonstrates that TiO2 form new class NEPCMs has significant scope paraffin.
