BSTRACT
Background:
Nomophobia,
the
fear
of
being
without
a
mobile
phone,
is
increasingly
prevalent
among
adolescents,
leading
to
anxiety
and
behavioral
disturbances.
This
study
evaluates
effectiveness
art-based
therapy
in
reducing
nomophobia
symptoms.
Objectives:
To
assess
impact
on
levels
adolescents.
Methods:
quasi-experimental

conducted
with
60
adolescents
from
selected
junior
colleges,
randomly
assigned
group
(n=30)
receiving
21
sessions
or
control
completing
pre-
post-tests
only.
Nomophobia
were
measured
using

intervention.
Results:
It
anticipated
that
will
show
significant
reduction
compared
group,
demonstrating
therapeutic
potential
interventions.
Conclusion:
Art-based
may
serve
as
an
effective
non-pharmacological
intervention
for
experiencing
phone
dependency,
offering
structured
approach
managing
nomophobia.

Abstract
Background
The
increasingly
rising
incidence
of
cancer
among
children
and
adolescents
has
led
to
notable
psychological
challenges
for

population.
