This research aims to determine the relationship between leader member exchange and psychological capital with innovative work behavior in state civil servants. The type of used is quantitative. uses multiple regression analysis techniques. Data collection was carried out using a self-report scale which can be accessed online via Google Forms. respondents this were employees State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from Ministry results show that there no positive ASN (0.274 > 0.05). correlation shows significant (0.000 < 0.05), meaning if increases, will followed by an increase behavior. have (F = 218.878 0.000 <0.05). means higher capital, greater ASN.
