Abstract
Background:

associated

metabolic
disorders
and
promotes
thrombosis,
its
effect
on
atherosclerosis
remains
elusive.
This
study
was
aimed
at
investigating
the
role
of
2MBC
in
development.
Methods
Results:
Apolipoprotein
E-deficient
(ApoE
−/−
)
mice
were
fed
a
Western
diet
for
18
weeks
to
induce
atherosclerosis,
then
administered
once-daily
gavage
or
vehicle

Periodontitis
is
a
chronic
inflammatory
disease

Uncontrolled
periodontal
infections
are
the
leading
cause
of
tooth
loss
in
adults.
Thrombotic
diseases
can
lead
to
partial
or
complete
obstruction
blood
flow
circulatory
system,
manifesting
as
organ
tissue
ischemia
necrosis
patients
with
arterial
thrombosis,

edema,
pain

venous
which

Recent
studies
found
that
periodontitis
