The aim of the present study was to compare acute effects a common plant-based bar (PB) developed at University Thessaly as functional diabetic insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Adults T2DM (n = 10) treated oral medications were studied randomized, crossover clinical trial. On each trial day, postprandial levels measured 30, 60, 90, 120 min, morning containing 25 g carbohydrate consumed. procedure carried out days, one test meals being consumed day.
