mother-infant
bond
is
among
the
strongest
social
relationships
formed
in
humans
and
nonhuman
mammals.
As
such,
disrupted
infant-caregiver
have
capacity
to
result
potent
adverse
effects
not
only
offspring,
but
also
mother.
Here,
I
provide
a
brief
overview
of
my
prior
work
showing
adversity-induced
alterations
offspring
maternal
behavioral
brain
function.
