Abstract Given the critical threats to aviation safety induced by electromagnetic interference (EMI), fire hazards, and icing, high‐performance multifunctional materials integrating mechanical flexibility, EMI shielding, resistance, thermal management capabilities are highly desired yet challenging. Herein, a synergistic strategy is developed involving defect engineering graphitization enhance shielding properties of SiBCNZr nanofiber fabrics. Initially, fabrics demonstrate excellent flexibility intrinsic ceramic resistance. Furthermore, after annealing at 1400 °C, t‐ZrO 2 nanograins with various types defects precipitated from amorphous matrix, accompanied formation turbostratic graphite C. The effects C conductivity polarization loss, leading specific effectiveness (SSE/t) 2718 dB cm g −1 . Additionally, also remarkable electrothermal conversion capability rapid response. This work provides valuable insights into designing for safety.

Flexible electrothermal films are crucial for protecting equipment and systems in cold weather, such as ice blockages natural gas pipelines icing on aircraft wings.
