ABSTRACT
Refurbishment
plays
an
important
role
in
realizing
circular
economy.
In
this
study,
consumers'
deliberative
behavior
is
incorporated
into
addressing
pricing
and
blockchain
adoption
strategies
for

consumer
deliberation
favorable
to
refurbisher
when
both
refurbishment
cost

quality
