Abstract The poly‐(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonic acid) (PEDOT:PSS), single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs), and polyethylene glycol (PEO) were composited subsequently spin‐coated on a Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate to prepare stretchable flexible bilayer film, the electrical resistance of film was adjusted be unchanged by pre‐stretching processing. interpenetrating structure formed within PEDOT:PSS/SWCNTs/PEO when PEO concentration 5 wt%. PEDOT:PSS SWCNTs served as electric phase forming conductive path, while acted elastic phase, thereby enabling exhibit stretchability, flexibility, high conductivity. processing, which consisted sequential uniaxial stretching relaxation, resulted in wrinkling due strain exceeding deformation limit. transmittance changes films subjected processing also proved that wrinkles formed. comprising wt% 10 SWCNTs, exhibited minimum sheet 43 Ω/sq. without demonstrated stable with 50% strain. had achieved comparable level performance contemporary medical electrodes for electrocardiogram detection.
