Skin is a vital barrier for the human body, protecting against external environmental influences and maintaining internal homeostasis. In addition, an imbalance of oxidative stress antioxidant mechanisms can lead to skin-related diseases. Thus, treating diseases, therapy may be important strategy alleviate these symptoms. However, traditional drug therapies have limitations in conditions, such as lack lasting effect insufficient skin permeability. Recently, nano-antioxidants, with their good permeability, sustained-release ability, multifunctionality, other beneficial characteristics, showed advances exploration diseases from research on safe clinical practice. Hereby, we review latest advancements nano-antioxidants We categorize into four main groups: inflammatory damage caused by ultraviolet rays, wound healing, conditions. Additionally, summarize prospects potential future directions nano-antioxidant drugs
