The aim of this research is to measure the usability effectiveness a web application by using card menus and tree user-friendly criteria access speed as indicated number clicks made user. method used in Task-centered User Interface method, where allows for planning evaluating arrangement interface according user needs. There are four stages including identification conducting needs analysis, second phase design. third implementation menu design, fourth face testing requirements. From that has been carried out regarding measuring menus, it more effective use than because you can directly lift it. Meanwhile, usability, have higher index menus. measurements direct observation distributing questionnaires, resulting percentage understanding, ease, display was 87% 60% so accepted users menu. new thing provided results form suggestions be developers right type building web-based applications with same specifications case school finance applications.

In the smart industrial era, with rise of AR/VR technologies, dense deployments IoTs such as 'head mounted displays' and 'smart glasses' are expected to become pervasive. For IoT client deployments, edge-server based video streaming framework can improve network performance low latency, high stable throughput. Such enhancements be utilized end-to-end (application) by appropriately designing Adaptive Bit Rate (ABR) algorithm that also takes into account resource constrained nature hosting IoTs. this paper, we develop one friendly deterministic optimal control ABR algorithm. The exponential complexity underlying state space is tackled exploiting problem structure yield an computationally-simple namely, Video Streaming for (vStreamIT), which use minimal storage. efficacy proposed vStreamIT evaluated against art shown exhibit improved in terms bit-rate, while consuming less buffer (a critical storage constraint IoTs).
