In the production process of maize, uniformity maize sowing is one main factors affecting yield. The effect soil coverage and compaction on uniformity, as final link in determining seed bed position, needs to be further investigated. this paper, parameters between particles boundaries are calibrated using Plackett–Burman test central composite design. Furthermore, based DEM–MBD coupling, influence position seeding monomer at different forward speeds analysed. It was found that adhesion soil-touching component can have a significant contact soil. Therefore, EEPA model used analyse soil–component interaction components were obtained for calibration. Further, above work, it before after mulching, displacement all shapes longitudinal direction increased significantly with increase advancement speed unit, while transverse depth directions decreased unit. addition, suppression, unit increased, gradually decreased; disturbance by mulch suppression not related shape. As operating mulching reduced seeds. This paper provides theoretical basis next step optimising structure working compaction.
