Abstract In this paper, FLAC3D software is used to construct a simulation model analyze the stability of town mine along hollow stay roadway. order reduce geological disasters such as deformation and instability roadway triggered by overload mining pressure, CatBoost predict pattern manifestation combined with Bayesian algorithm realize iterative optimization prediction model. The horizontal stresses coal gangs at 5.105m 17.080m return in front workings suddenly increased 2.364MPa 4.702MPa, displacement section 0~15m from face rapidly 2.869mm, an increase about 188.63%. pressure on roof plate open channel 0~32m more intense cyclical, average 2.529MPa. sinking speed accelerated unexpected 40m face, maximum amount can reach 77.065mm. manifestation, paper performs well compared other models, errors between predicted actual values are reduced 92.96%, 78.22%, 84.54%, respectively, fitting coefficient R 2 improved 67% that unoptimized 67.80% higher than for three stations also show almost same trend values, which fully demonstrates effectively manifestation.
