We present a novel Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) model for the induction phase of anesthesia, incorporating $\psi$-Caputo fractional derivative. By employing Picard iterative process, we derive solution nonhomogeneous system to characterize dynamical behavior drugs distribution within patient's body during anesthesia process. To explore dynamics model, perform numerical analysis on solutions involving various functions $\psi$ and orders. All simulations are conducted using MATLAB computing environment. Our results suggest that order differentiation have an important role in modeling individual-specific characteristics, taking into account complex interplay between drug concentration its effect human body. This innovative serves advance understanding personalized responses paving way more precise tailored approaches anesthetic administration.

Sequential minimal optimization (SMO) method is an algorithm for solving problems arising from the training process of support vector machines (SVM). The SMO mainly used to solve problem objective function SVM, and it can have high accuracy. However, its accuracy be improved. Fractional order calculus extension integer calculus, which more accurately describe actual system get accurate results. In this paper, fractional sequential (FOSMO) proposed based on classification. Firstly, expressed by a using FOSMO method. representation meaning terms in are studied. Then derivative Lagrange multipliers obtained according calculus.
