This paper addresses the issue of insufficient accuracy and efficiency in existing methods for alignment marine propulsion systems with single stern tube bearing, caused by uncertainties actual parameters scarcity data, a new method based on fine-tuning pre-trained model is proposed. First, characterization attitude main engine proposed, taking into account specific requirements bearing. Next, constructed large-scale samples from design system performed using small system’s process to obtain target model, which guides practical alignment. Finally, effectiveness superiority proposed are validated applying measured data finite element simulations; eight alignments, all verification parameter errors much smaller than maximum allowable error. The results show that significantly improves this type provides technical approach small-sample modeling problem systems.
