Purpose Due to mitigate against natural disasters like earthquake and distribute relief items, designing humanitarian chain networks is an attentional issue. Agile efficient distribution of items after occurring a disaster significant, especially when some the are perishable. Therefore, purpose this paper create resilient integrated decision-making structure at demand points, considering two dimensions sustainability, under disruption. Design/methodology/approach This study developed mixed-integer nonlinear mathematical model handle pre- post-disaster planning occurs. The represented has objective functions: minimizing weighted unmet total costs. convert multi-objective problem into single one, e-constraint method was applied. Findings main results showed that resilience strategies significant effect in reducing amount saves More precisely, 60% reduction 11% pre-positioning On other hand, maximum response time with applying another achievement present study. For these reasons, use can reduce people’s pain suffer from disasters. In general, application effectiveness sustainability introduced network were analyzed. Practical implications To verify applicability study, applied on probable real-life case Tehran. Finally, managerial insights discussed help organizations, managers stakeholders make better decisions negative effects Originality/value two-stage stochastic for disruption, stages. Also, economic social considered Moreover, assembling perishable im-perishable as kits, dynamically contribution research.
