The growing influence of technology has prompted numerous scholars to explore how virtual reality (VR) affects performance. This study aims validate the acceptance model (TAM) for VR in collaborative learning enhance We employed a questionnaire data collection, distributed 423 master's students China engaging VR-based learning. partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) analyse data. findings reveal that perceived usefulness and ease use positively intention engage Furthermore, affect learner Notably, habit does not significantly moderate relationship between Therefore, proposed can serve as valuable tool educators decision-makers, aiding development strategies encourage enhanced

Abstract The need to virtually collaborate across distributed locations has drastically increased. Developments such as the COVID-19 pandemic and new IT platforms like metaverse have spurred a host of immersive social applications that are accessed through head-mounted displays. This is expected stimulate surge in research on extended reality–supported collaborative learning (XRCL) which refers collaboration situations where technology displays used medium for learning. primary aim this article critically examine potential pedagogical benefits limitations using XRCL with objective developing theoretical framework describes fundamental factors make unique: theory (TICOL). In TICOL, we propose technological features, affordances, techniques can foster four psychological define fundamentally different compared occurs traditional systems (e.g., laptops): presence, physical body ownership, agency. These central hypothesize transform processes contexts their influence quality cognitive socio-emotional interaction, space, ultimately outcomes. Since its infancy, hope TICOL provide basis field by motivating researchers empirically challenge build our hypotheses develop deeper understanding if how media influences

Child abuse is a pervasive global issue with enduring consequences, and conversations children are central to its detection intervention. However, these fraught psychological developmental complexities, professionals across legal, medical, educational fields often report feeling ill-equipped navigate them. Most critically, forensic interviewers frequently rely on coercive questioning techniques, undermining the validity of children’s testimonies in court. Traditional training methods elicit reliable verbal disclosures have remained ineffective, driving interest using immersive virtual reality (VR) provide simulated child victims. To assess existing evidence base, reproducible systematic search was conducted APA PsycInfo, PsycArticles, PubMed, Mendeley, Google Scholar. While early studies suggest VR enhances professionals’ self-efficacy learning outcomes, empirical validation remains limited, indicating critical gaps for future address. This scoping review synthesizes emerging research protection training, evaluating efficacy, limitations, methodological rigor professional contexts.

Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) prioritizes system design through models rather than documents, and it is implemented with the Modeling Language (SysML), which state-of-the-art language in academia industry. Virtual Reality (VR), an immersive visualization technology, can simulate reality virtual environments varying degrees of fidelity. In recent years, technology industry has invested substantially development head-mounted displays (HMDs) related (VR) technologies. Various research suggested that VR-based reviews enhance issue/fault identification, collaboration, focus, presence compared to non-immersive approaches. Additionally, several efforts have demonstrated VR environment provides higher understanding knowledge retention levels traditional multiple attempts been made visualize conventional 2D SysML diagrams a environment.
