This research focuses on the dynamic landscape of today's competitive market, where production management must meet clients' expectations for high-quality products and shorter lead times while managing internal disruptions due to inevitable defects unpredictable equipment failures. Achieving these operational goals without compromising product quality, missing deadlines, or experiencing is essential minimizing expenses. The study examines dynamics system's operating costs through development models, mathematical formulations, optimization techniques, algorithm proposals. It demonstrates convexity establishes optimal batch time implementing proposed methodologies. results show relevant failure 3.51 %, overtime added 4.57 outsourcing setup 0.73 variable 41.82 quality-related 2.98 in-house 40.42 holding 3.55 %. develops strategies use targets excessive labor provides a structured framework making informed decisions that balance cost savings with quality reliability considerations. Overall, robust reducing maintaining improving manufacturing processes
