Background: Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury (IRI) is a complex pathophysiological process with severe consequences, including irreversible loss of renal function. Various intraoperative prevention methods have been proposed to mitigate the harmful effects warm ischemia and kidney reperfusion. Aim: This comprehensive analysis provides an overview pharmacological agents for preventing treating IRI. Methods: Our revealed that eplerenone exhibited highest binding affinity crucial targets, Aldehyde Dehydrogenase (AD), Estrogen Receptor (ER), Klotho protein, Mineralocorticoid (MR), Toll-like 4 (TLR4). finding indicates eplerenone's potential as potent preventive agent against IRI, surpassing other available therapeutics like Benzodioxole, Hydrocortisone, Indoles, Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, Niacinamide. In our emphasizes significance due its strong key targets involved in pathogenesis Results: positions promising candidate further clinical investigation consideration future practice. Conclusion: The insights provided this will assist clinicians researchers selecting effective approaches IRI surgical settings, potentially improving patient outcomes.

Composites based on recycled polypropylene (PP) reinforced with cellulose nanocrystals whit lignin corncob were prepared. The effect of the ratio composites prepared via a compression molding process mechanical and thermal properties was analyzed. Corncobs is little-used agroindustrial residue high content. milled then delignified organosolve in order to get unbleached. An acid hydrolysis carried out obtain lignocellulose (LCNCs). Subsequently, LCNC/PP obtained termocompression using different concentrations LCNC (0, 0.5, 1 2% by weight) previously mixed extrusion. residual present LCNCs improved compatibility between reinforcement PP matrix. This evidenced increase stabilization properties. results tests showed that increases tensile flexural modules strength respect neat PP. an 36% 43% modulus strength, respectively, while increased 7.6%. By reinforcements natural origin (corncob) improving polymers, their reuse will increase, this can lead reducing waste environment.
