Composites

kidney
reperfusion.

comprehensive
analysis
provides
an
overview

for
preventing
treating
IRI.
Methods:
Our
revealed
that
eplerenone
exhibited
highest
binding
affinity
crucial
targets,
Aldehyde
Dehydrogenase
(AD),
Estrogen
Receptor
(ER),
Klotho
protein,
Mineralocorticoid
(MR),
Toll-like
4
(TLR4).
finding
indicates
eplerenone's
potential
as
potent
preventive
agent
against
IRI,
surpassing
other
available
therapeutics
like
Benzodioxole,
Hydrocortisone,
Indoles,
Nicotinamide
adenine
dinucleotide,
Niacinamide.
In
our
emphasizes
significance
due
its
strong
key
targets
involved
in
pathogenesis

clinical
