In the current work, MWCNTs/ZnO nanocomposite was successfully synthesized using simple method. Then, FE-SEM, XRD, and EDX techniques were applied for morphological structural characterization. Afterward, a sensitive voltammetric sensor based on modification of screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) developed determination doxorubicin in presence dacarbazine. To evaluate electrochemical response MWCNTs/ZnO/SPCE towards doxorubicin, cyclic voltammetry (CV) applied. The showed significant synergistic effect redox reaction doxorubicin. Also, demonstrated an enhanced sensing platform quantification obtaining detection limit (LOD) 0.002 µM sensitivity 0.0897 µA/µM, as determined by differential pulse (DPV) within linear range from 0.007 to 150.0 µM. nanocomposite-modified SPCE high activities oxidation dacarbazine with peak-potential separation 345 mV, which is sufficient presented reproducible stable responses determine Finally, successful performance real samples, recovery 97.1% 104.0% relative standard deviation (RSD) 1.8% 3.5%.
