Zusammenfassung Soziale Unterstützung ist ein zentraler Faktor für die mentale Gesundheit. Diese kann im stationären geburtshilflichen Setting durch Familienzimmer optimal ermöglicht werden. existieren jedoch bisher nicht flächendeckend, ebenso fehlen Studien zum Einfluss eines Familienzimmers auf Psyche. In der vorliegenden Studie wurde Gesundheit von Frauen mit und ohne Unterbringung in einem einer Station Perinatalzentrum erstmalig deutschsprachigen Raum untersucht. 113 Patientinnen beantworteten 1–3 Tage postpartal standardisierte Fragebögen zu Ängstlichkeit, Depressivität, psychischem Wohlbefinden posttraumatischen Stresssymptomen. Zudem wurden geburtshilfliche Daten wie Geburtsmodus, Schwangerschafts- Geburtskomplikationen erhoben. Die Rekrutierung während strikter pandemischer Besuchsrestriktionen ermöglichte Gegenüberstellung (konstante Anwesenheit des Partners) (ohne jeglichen Besuch). Gesamtstichprobe zeigte sich v. a. Ängstlichkeit (22,6%) sowie mangelndes psychisches (33,6%). beiden Gruppen unterschieden hinsichtlich ihrer mentalen voneinander, wiesen ungeplantem Geburtsmodus signifikant geringere Ängstlichkeitswerte als Familienzimmer. insgesamt höhere posttraumatische Stresssymptome auf. Signifikante Unterschiede gab es außerdem den Parametern: Im waren häufiger Primipara sie Häufigkeit Geburtskomplikationen. vorliegende Pilotstudie liefert erste Hinweise einen psychoprotektiven Effekt Familienzimmern bei vorausgegangenen Komplikationen ungeplanten Geburtsverläufen. Eine Diskussion über Ausbau Familienzimmern, besonders nach peripartalen Komplikationen, erscheint notwendig. Weitere zur Wirksamkeit sind erforderlich, um Generalisierbarkeit andere Risikogruppen Fachbereiche überprüfen.

Abstract Introduction Postpartum suicidal ideation is a significant concern, as it poses risk for future suicide attempts, particularly in high income countries, where ranks among the leading causes of death postpartum mothers. The literature indicates global average prevalence approximately 7%, but Austria and Germany there are few studies on this subject. Methods In web-based survey Austrian German mothers children born during COVID-19 pandemic, several measures mental health (depression, stress), social support other parenting pandemic-related questions were assessed 1964 Based answers last item Edinburgh Depression Scale, suicidality presence or absence computed. Furthermore, possible protective factors investigated.
