This study aimed to utilize the hydration characteristics of cement through wet grinding techniques efficiently and conveniently prepare a stable C-S-H seed suspension, providing key parameters scientific basis for their large-scale production, which ensures stability suspension during transportation, application. preparation mitigate adverse effects high-volume silica fume on early mechanical properties high-performance concrete. The were characterized in detail by SEM, XRD, TD. In concrete performance test, was used replace part cement, different contents added test its effect compressive strength concrete, with XRD SEM analyze differences. results show that particle size degree no longer developed after 90 min grinding. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) superplasticizer can increase fluidity crystal when content exceeds 1.5%. When PCE exceeded 2%, precipitated. Adding 5% 10% under condition reducing amount increasing fume. And Ca(OH)2 (CH) produced consumed fumes generate gel, became denser more strength. However, 7%, decreased.
