The extensive development of construction, in which cement concrete remains the key composite, enforces need for particular environmental concerns. This applies to aspects, including ecological challenges industry and rational use natural construction aggregates. review article focuses on new trends waste aggregate, with emphasis recycled aggregate sands. state art was analysed, many years own studies modification properties composites made from it. It assessed that among possible ways quality improvement RCA, most promising macro scale seems be carbonation, unlike biodeposition. latter, novel undoubtedly interesting a scientific viewpoint, has not been studied sufficiently, real obstacle is cost its implementation practice. Multi-recycling, pioneering proposal management, can viewed only context moment. sands hydroclassification combined steel fibres closest constructional purposes engineering

Pervious concrete has great potential for use in many practical applications as a part of urban facilities that can add value through water harvesting and mitigating severe damage from floods. The construction agricultural industries take direct advantage pervious concrete’s characteristics when is key factor included projects the useful life facility. also vertical constructions, fountains, pedestrian crossings. This work evidences corrosion current increases with increasing aggregate size. Also, to consider only steel pieces are immersed, aggravated by presence chlorine, but it drains does not retain moisture. Steel-reinforced was studied, grain size inert material process parameters were investigated. electrochemical frequency modulation technique proposed suitable test fast, reproducible assessment which, without damaging reinforced cement structures, particularly concrete, indicates trend density or diminishes.
