In recent years, the construction industry has faced challenges related to rising material costs, labor shortages and environmental sustainability, resulting in an increased interest modular cores composed of recycled materials, such as XPS, PUR, PLW GFRP, from waste truck body industry. Two resins, PUR polyester, were used bond these composites. Physical, chemical mechanical analyses showed that panels formed with resin had superior workability due higher open time resin, 11.3% better thermal conductivity than commercial panel (SP-PLW) reduced porosity compared those using polyester resin. The performance improved structural reinforcement content (PLW GFRP). Compared a (SP-PLW), SP-RCM1 4% performance, demonstrating its potential for sustainable building applications. Thermal microscopic characterizations good adhesion materials best performing formulations stability. Therefore, this research aims demonstrate feasibility car manufacture sandwich address issues.
