Geopolymer concrete (GPC) offers a sustainable alternative by eliminating the need for cement, thereby reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Using durable helps prevent corrosion of reinforcing bars and reduces spalling caused chemical attacks. This study investigates impact adding 5, 10, 15% silica fumes (SF) on mechanical durability properties GPC cured at 60 °C 24 h. In research, specimens were submerged continuously 62 days in four different chemicals: 6% sodium sulfate, chloride, 2% sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid. The assessed effects exposure examining water absorption, sorptivity, compressive strength loss specimens. Maximum strength, split tensile flexural about 48.35 MPa, 4.91 5.01 MPa are achieved after incorporation 10% SF 28 curing. Results indicated that with significant dosage (10%) improves its properties. maximum rebound number ultrasonic pulse velocity 90 curing SF. Moreover, an economic analysis was conducted to confirm viability.
