C-S-H/PCE suspension can boost the hydration degree and strength of cement composite binding. However, will inevitably precipitate after a period time, which is not conducive to its preservation, low solid content increases transportation costs in practical applications. In this study, utilizing synthetic PCE as template, was synthesized using co-precipitation method. Subsequently, powder seeds were produced via spray-drying technique, these prepared analyzed microscopic characterization. The impact nucleating agents on kinetics evaluated through heat measurements degree, fluidity, compressive testing. results indicated that exhibited nano-film morphology. Their nucleation effect significantly enhanced rate, increased hydration, improved strength. showed mixed with governed by single reaction mechanism, but rather constitutes complex, multi-component process. As increased, higher dosages accelerated production more products within short period, causing system rapidly transition phase boundary control. When dosage reached 2%, process bypassed control stage transitioned directly from crystallization crystal growth diffusion-controlled phase. Although influence enhancement early-stage mortar slightly lower than suspension, beneficial storage transportation. Therefore, it has potential replace suspension.
