Pneumatic
servo
systems
face
challenges

friction,
compressibility,

nonlinear
dynamics,

control

(AD-PPC)

In
order
to
reduce
the
effect
of
nonlinear
friction
and
time-varying
factors
on
servo
system
a
computer
numerical
control
(CNC)
machine
tool
improve
its
motion
accuracy,

uses
an
adaptive
sliding
mode
(ASMC)
method

model
reference
(MRAC).
