Objetivo: Os resíduos de alimentos podem ser reaproveitados por meio métodos como compostagem, logística reversa e digestão anaeróbica, usando técnicas da Economia Circular (EC). Este estudo visa analisar a aplicação ONGs no Brasil (Ecozinha) Togo (ENPRO) para lidar com o desperdício alimentos. Metodologia: Fazendo uso do framework ReSOLVE analisou-se dados elaborados duas maneiras: Análise documental questionários. Quatro gestores responderam completamente os questionários (Google Forms), sendo dois cada país. Resultados: Ambas as utilizam abordagens regenerativas, convertendo em adubos melhorar solo produção A Ecozinha (Brasil) atua intermediária na destinação adequada resíduos, enquanto ENPRO (Togo) coleta transforma orgânicos produtos agregados. auxilia estabelecimentos gerenciar seus promovendo Circular. Annurca Apple Oleolite as Functional Ingredient for the Formulation of Cosmetics with Skin-Antiaging Activity DOI Open Access

The identification of natural remedies for the management skin aging process is an increasingly growing issue. In this context, ursolic acid (UA), a ubiquitous molecule, mainly contained in Annurca apple (AA) fruit, has demonstrated valuable cosmetic potential. To end, current study, AA oleolite (AAO, extract sunflower oil containing 784.40 ± 7.579 µg/mL UA) was evaluated to inhibit porcine elastase enzymatic reactions through validated spectrophotometric method. In recent years, there has been increasing interest in utilizing Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and natural bioactive compounds to combat age-related ailments enhance longevity. A Cordyceps sinensis mycelium hydroethanolic extract (CsEx), which was standardized cordycepin adenosine using UHPLC-DAD, investigated for its adaptogenic properties vitro assays a double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial involving 40 subjects. The CsEx demonstrated activity at concentration of 0.0006%, significantly sirtuin expression (SirT1: +33%, SirT3: +10%, SirT6: +72%, vs. CTR, p < 0.05) NAD+ synthesis HaCat cells (+20% 0.001). Moreover, the boosted ATP production by 68% skin cells, correlating with higher energy values (+52.0% D28, 0.01) trial. Additionally, notably reduced cytosolic reactive oxygen species (ROS) 30% HaCaT (p enhanced collagen both (+69% vivo (+10% D0, 0.01), confirmed ultrasound examination.
