Sağlık sektörü, insan sağlığı ve hayatıyla ilişkili temel faaliyet alanlarına bağlı olarak tüm dünyada en aktif, kapsamlı hızlı büyüyen sektörlerden birisidir. Günümüz dünyasında her geçen gün daha da önem kazanan genişleyen sektörün önemli çalışma konusu aynı zamanda bileşeni de olan farmasötiklerdir. Kullanım alanları amaçları ile ilgili çok farklı özelliklere sahip oldukça bir ürün grubunu temsil eden farmasötikler genel hastalıkların önlenmesi, teşhisi tedavisinde kullanılmak üzere biyolojik sistemlerle etkileşime girecek şekilde tasarlanan üretilen, karmaşık yapısal sahip, katma değeri yüksek kimyasallar tanımlanmaktadır. Ürünlerin fonksiyonları buna söz özellikleri, üretim süreçlerinin adımlı zorlu olmasına yol açmaktadır. Çoğunlukla doğal kaynaklar üzerinde oluşturdukları baskı yoğun kirletici etkileri karakteriz edilen prosesin nihai ürünleri farmasötikler, çevresel sürdürülebilirlik çalışmaları açısından büyük taşımaktadır. Bu durum ölçüde farmasötik kaynaklı kirliliğin sonrasında gerek ürünlerin kullanımı, gerekse kullanım dışı kalan formlarıyla devam etmesinden ileri gelmektedir. Doğrudan veya dolaylı pek kaynaktan çevreye yayılan günümüzde kalıcılıkları yayılma eğilimleri endişe verici yeni grubu kabul edilmektedir. çalışmada farmasötiklerin dahil oldukları sektörel yapı, üretim, özellikleri biyotransformasyon süreçleriyle birlikte ele alınarak değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract Plant genetic engineering plays a central role in crop improvement and the biosynthesis of natural products. However, plant cell wall serves as barrier that restricts efficient delivery exogenous biomolecules, particularly direct transfer plasmid DNA into seeds. Here, we introduce novel form graphene oxide characterized by high aspect ratio, synthesized through low-voltage, low-current, prolonged electrochemical oxidation 0.5 mol/L NaOH aqueous solution. The ratio (HARGO) can effectively deliver to Poa crymophila Keng seeds, achieving 90% success rate.
