The dominant position of a member within service supply chain plays crucial role in fostering willingness to improve quality. Consequently, this study examines comprising supplier and an integrator, aiming investigate the influence four different power structures, namely, supplier-led, integrator-led, supplier–integrator balance, centralized decision, on decision-making process for quality improvement by members. findings highlight that optimal is not necessarily infinitely close 100%, influenced factors such as revenue share, cost, effect, position. In cases where collaborative effect weak, even may display limited willingness, rendering meaningless. If surpasses combined independent effects, can help strengthen although it always result higher profits. Conversely, power-balanced scenario be advantageous achieving highest profit entire chain.
