The ongoing development of maritime powers has driven markedly growing requirements for novel naval and civilian vessel categories in recent years. import temperature gas turbines is rising, the issue corrosion can no longer be ignored, creating an urgent need to develop coatings with high-temperature resistance, good toughness. This study utilized plasma spraying technology prepare composite AT13 ceramic 0 wt.%, 5 10 15 wt.% GO/Cu (GO:Cu = 1:10) content. It systematically investigated effects doping on porosity, Vickers hardness, fracture toughness, thermal shock resistance while exploring behavior coatings. experimental results indicate that effectively fill pores coatings, leading overall improvement coating performance. (G2) exhibited best comprehensive performance, a 72% reduction porosity compared original coating, 23.2% increase 31.4% enhancement 83% decrease rate. also demonstrated maintaining relatively intact surface after 31 days immersion artificial seawater, only few pitting cracking defects observed areas corrosion.
