Abstract Oxidation resistance is crucial to the potential applications of high‐entropy carbides (HECs) at elevated temperatures. Here, we realize exploration (Hf, Ta, Zr, Cr)C (HEC‐TM, TM = Hf, and Cr) with good oxidation by optimizing their compositions. To be specific, 21 kinds HEC‐ x ( 0–25 mol%) samples are fabricated a high‐throughput ultrafast high‐temperature sintering technique, followed testing 1673 K for 30 min. Among all HEC samples, as‐fabricated HEC‐0Zr proved possess best an depth only 53 µm. Further study on isothermal kinetics demonstrates that follow linear law. The believed result from (Ta, Me) 2 O 5 phase low melting point, which can promote densification oxide layer. This research opens up new way efficiently discovering HECs extreme applications.
