Abstract Surface icing and corrosion considerably reduce the operational safety of offshore wind turbines can be mitigated through use lubricant‐infused surfaces, which, however, often suffer from severe performance degradation under real‐world conditions lack long‐term durability. Herein, this work prepares polyurea coatings based on a dynamic crosslinked phase‐locked network show that alternating arrangement strong weak hydrogen bonds between urea units facilitates capture storage liquid phase (silicone oil), while affinity associative interactions polydimethylsiloxane segments ensure adhesion integration. The best‐performing coating exhibits good dynamic/static anti‐icing properties (freezing delay time = 331 s, temperature first ice nucleatio n −24.6 °C, shear strength 19.9 ± 3.3 kPa) according to results crystal growth simulations tunnel tests showing an exceptional anti‐corrosion (low‐frequency modulus (|Z| 0.01 Hz ) 4.22 × 10 Ω·cm 2 Thus, study presents strategy for enhancing ability withstand extreme environments extending their service lifetimes.
