We applied a systems biology approach to gain deep insight into the regulatory mechanisms of barley (Hordeum vulgare) under drought and waterlogging stress conditions. To identify informative models related conditions, we constructed meta-analysis two distinct weighted gene co-expression networks. then performed module trait association analyses. Additionally, conducted functional enrichment analysis significant modules shed light on biological performance underlying genes in contrasting stresses. In next step, inferred networks between top hub modules, kinases, transcription factors (TFs) using machine learning algorithm.
