Abusive work environment has emerged as a major concern in today's workplaces, negatively impacting organizations both socially and financially. It contributes to high employee turnover, absenteeism, low morale, increased healthcare costs, poor performance, placing financial burden on organizations. Despite these challenges, limited attention been given understanding the impact of such an well-being. This study investigates influence abusive wellbeing public private sectors Karachi, Pakistan. Using qualitative methodology, data was collected from 20 nurses hospitals across region. Thematic analysis revealed that harms nurses' wellbeing. The emphasizes need for implement health wellness programs, including workshops awareness campaigns addressing workplace toxicity its economic psychological effects. Fostering positive culture is essential enhancing achieving better organizational outcomes.

To describe the experience of health care professionals involved in young people with acute severe behavioral disturbance across setting. We used purposive and snowball sampling to recruit paramedics, nurses, doctors, mental clinicians caring for prehospital and/or emergency department environments. conducted one-to-one telephone-based semistructured qualitative interviews each staff member. The audio recordings were transcribed verbatim, participant pseudonyms assigned. iteratively developed a thematic coding structure. (1) Background: The enduring impact of COVID-19 on the long-term care (LTC) sector remains uncertain, necessitating targeted efforts to address current and emerging challenges. This study aims identify key stressors faced by healthcare workers (HCWs) in LTC co-develop innovative, actionable strategies that mitigate these stressors, foster resilience, promote workforce retention. (2) Methods: utilized a qualitative co-design methodology within mixed-methods, multi-phase framework conducted between July 2023 October 2024. article focuses Phase 1, which involved 11 semi-structured focus groups steering group discussions with 24 HCWs, including personal support (PSWs), nurses, administrators across Ontario explore workplace-related distress shared understanding challenges sector. Despite very high rates of suicidal thoughts and behaviors (STB) in autistic adults, the key psychosocial drivers this phenomenon remain unknown.
